"I gave full stars. Very clean, bright, well kept . The employees were polite, our ordered placed & delivered quickly and with efficiency. Ordered from their 2 for $5 menu a pineapple lemonade spritzer it was waaaaày to sweet I omited the chamoy sauce, probably would have been perfect if I left it that way. The new t- shirt uniforms are cool , plain tee with only modest Dairy Queen printed around neck. I still recommend this particular location."

"The restaurant was pretty clean especially for a fast food chain. There where only two people working but I wouldn't day there was too long of a wait. Many things seem like they are older but nothing is seems in bad condition. It's a great place to stop when it is hot outside because they have great Icecream and 2 fans. It's a pretty small location so 2 fans is plenty."

"I went to the Dairy Queen at 28th drive and cactus tonight and I went in the store. I just wanted to say that the store was super clean and the shakes were amazing, but the main thing I wanted to share was customer service! The cashier I had the pleasure of meeting, her name is Lisa and because of her I will go back to that specific Dairy Queen EVERYTIME now bc SHE WAS AWESOMENESS on every level! I’m serious when it comes to customer service bc it makes such a major difference in my day! She was pleasant, friendly, very professional and welcoming to other customers as well as me and I noticed that she worked well with thee other employees! You can tell when people actually care about the service they provide and honestly as far as I could see, she was just a really good human! So thank you Lisa! I will always remember you fondly and I look forward to coming to your store whether you are thete or not but hopefully you will be three again because you are way cool! Also I kept adding to my order and she was so cool about it! I don’t see this type of care a lot so when I do I want to make it known because I don’t know anyone who dislikes excellent service! "My first time to this location, great food, service, but was deeply concerned about the number of homeless people hanging around. They blocked the entrance to the drive through, didn't want to move out of the way, but there was no WAY I was going to park and walk inside. I will definitely think before coming here again. The employee was nice, and the food was good, but still."
